Kew in the Springtime 2025

It’s always such a relief when the first blossoms appear and the birds begin to sing again. For me, the queen of blooms is the magnolia tree. They’re both gentle and luxurious, fresh and bold.

I decided that this year I’d capture the first spring blooms on my street, Windsor Road. I made them into collages and shared them in our street’s What’sApp group.

As I walk and scoot the streets of my neighbourhood I always have my mobile phone ready to capture whatever catches my attention.
